Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized apples, cored and hollowed out
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and core the apples, and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the center, leaving about 1/2 inch of flesh around the edges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, rolled oats, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
