Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the pears and remove the core and seeds with a small spoon.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
